Who we are

Our website address is ari-jazz.co.uk. The site belongs to Arina Tikhonova (Ari), a jazz vocalist based in London, United Kingdom. Ari is responsible for any personal information you share here and can be reached at arina.tikhonova.1999@gmail.com.

Booking enquiries

When you send an enquiry through the form “Get in touch with Ari”, we collect the details you type in:

We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a performance. The legal basis is taking the steps you asked for before a contract, and Ari’s legitimate interest in replying to enquiries. Your details are never sold, used for advertising or added to a mailing list.

Media

The photographs, videos and recordings on this site belong to Ari and the photographers credited. The site does not ask you to upload images or files.

Cookies

The site does not set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking. Full details are in our Cookie policy.

Embedded content from other websites

Ari’s videos and songs open on YouTube and Spotify in a new tab. They are not embedded on this site, so these services collect nothing about you until you visit them. Once you do, they behave as if you visited their websites directly and their own privacy policies apply.

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your device’s IP address and basic browser details, as with any web request; Google Fonts does not set cookies.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify keeps short-lived technical logs of visits, such as IP addresses, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.

Who we share your data with

Your enquiry is handled only by Ari. To deliver and store it we use:

These services process the data on Ari’s behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

How long we retain your data

Enquiries are kept for 12 months after our last contact and then deleted. If a performance is booked, the information needed for the agreement and invoicing is kept for as long as UK law requires.

What rights you have over your data

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask us to:

To make a request, write to arina.tikhonova.1999@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk.

Where your data is sent

Enquiries are stored on the servers of Netlify and Google, both based in the United States. Some of these servers may be outside the United Kingdom; in that case the providers use legal safeguards approved under UK law to protect your data.
